The Mountain Valley Quilt Shop celebrated a one- year anniversary and the addition of the Valley Winds Fibers and Yarns inventory on Saturday Feb. 9.  Many customers stopped by for cake provided by the Wildflour Pastries and Cafe.

Helen Godden of Canberra, Austalia was recently in LaVeta and taught a free motion quilting class called "Liberation from the Ditch."
